The Youth and Community Development Initiative (TARP Africa) is thrilled to announce the launch of the Grow Internship Program (Project GRIP), and we are now accepting applications for our first cohort.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from tertiary institutions across Nigeria who are ready to learn, collaborate, and grow.
What Is the Objective of This Internship?
Our goal is to recruit, train, engage, and educate 30 undergraduate students within Plateau State on leadership and social impact. You will gain practical work experience within a growing Civil Society Organisation like TARP Africa over the course of 12 weeks.
Internship Details
- Duration: 12 weeks (subject to adjustments)
- Location: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person events in Jos, Nigeria
What Will You Gain from This Internship?
- Learning: Acquire in-depth knowledge and skills in leadership, social impact, and community development.
- Practice: Apply your learning in real-world scenarios through active participation in TARP Africa’s projects and initiatives.

Is Physical Presence Mandatory?
No. However, candidates within the city of Jos, Nigeria may occasionally be required to attend in-person events and programs.
